I eat fibers and it's still not enough, I sincerely think of either ending my life or not eating at all, it's just not worth living like that.

I have a similar problem, also for a decade or so. I just settle for wiping the outside. The shit in the colon retracts when I stand up.

Found no solution yet. Trying to squat on a seated toilet doesn't help. Laxatives don't do shit. Maybe the best option is just a liquid diet.
