There is zero point trying to say "oh this is still traditional warhammer."
They dont give a shit about lore when it comes to making money (see 40k, the fucking birth of Age of Sigmar).
There is no reason to say oh well its always like this when they PLAINLY have changed things as needed and as desired.

Pendragon has a pretty simple combat system that doesn't really aim for any kind of historical accuracy.

Pendragon is *very* accurate... To the myths it's trying to recreate. It's not about how a fight between 15th century warriors would actually go down, but how they're portrayed in Arthurian mythos. So big battles are usually decided by one gallant charge, the sword is the greatest weapon in the world, bows and arrows are for npcs and hunting, not battles, etc

Anon that's a dull as shit list that's not fun to play and certainly not fun to play against. He said he's gonna play with with friends, just doesn't want to get completely spanked.
Vault Wardens are very fun to use and they aint terrible.
You can never have too many Khazad Guard.
And going more heavily into shooting would bring more nuance to the list.
Spamming 27 dwarf warriors with shields is just overkill. It is likely the "correct" move but unnecessary and sucks all the fun out of the game.

I agree that he should remove the twohanded axes and divide those points between more shield dwarves and bows, but keep the Wardens and Khazad Guard.

Sometimes at high levels I've seen GMs use an even lower tier than minions, treating the enemies like terrain hazards that also die when you walk over them in exchange for a small penalty.
I myself have used minion swarms to a similar effect, the enemy being both a swarm and minion so it also represents a tide of negligably weak enemies.

Traveller is a classic science fiction system first released in 1977. In its original release it was a general purpose SF system, but a setting was soon developed called The Third Imperium, based on classic space opera tropes of the 60s, 70s, and 80s, with a slight noir tint.

The only thing I keep getting hung up on is that I usually prefer a more Cassette Futurism aesthetic over the usual iFuture, but I always struggle to find a reason why cockpits would be filled with clicking buttons, datasette players, and chunky CRT-displays when the trend already heads toward touchscreen controls and the usual tasteless minimalism, SpaceX reeeee

What is this setting? This is a setting which takes place during the rise of Steam based technology in a low-fantasy world. It's a world of armored, zeppelin Dreadnaughts, Arab-monghol Crowriders and economic intrigue.

Well, dragons are typically immune to their own element, so if she has a poison breath weapon, she'd probably be immune to poisons

Possible, though I'd probably go with something like the above, a primary breath weapon that deals poison damage/poison effect depending on edition/system and a secondary one that's a charm/lure effect

How would you handle an entity like Tomie?

So far, the known qualities about her is that she can supernaturally compel men who lust after her but some men can seemingly resist this. She can also supposedly be killed by fire but if anything of her remains she can regrow from that piece, usually into something like pic related.

Worst, there are multiple versions of her scattered around the country and while they are just as awful as the original some of them do seem to desire the destruction of their copy and currently there is no known instance of the copies working together in any capacity.

Travelogue of the Succubus has a sideplot where a town is cursed by its reputation as a place for suicides, before the curse is somehow broken by the girl with the weird hair. It seems to be there to establish that multiple Junji Ito stories are occurring in travelogue's universe, as a moral perversion of God's creation becomes a supernatural one.
I think she's already something like one. An expression of teenage spite and drama that has taken the shape of its perpetrators.

Most likely of the same scaly hue as them, but I don't see why a dragon would turn down the service of a different kobold breed. You've got to remember the context of the Cold War. France had been withdrawing from NATO since 1959, being fully removed from NATO integrated command and all foreign troops removed from French soil by 1966. Involvement with Vietnam was just as much about trying to keep France from becoming further isolationist in the event of a war in Europe. Also you have to remember that the USSR was just as willing to mess with internal politics of other communist nations for the own benefit, be it the direct military interventions in WarPact nations to keep them under heel or the economic and development requirements that came along with Soviet aid, to even just playing kingmaker with local politics.
