Pendragon is *very* accurate... To the myths it's trying to recreate. It's not about how a fight between 15th century warriors would actually go down, but how they're portrayed in Arthurian mythos. So big battles are usually decided by one gallant charge, the sword is the greatest weapon in the world, bows and arrows are for npcs and hunting, not battles, etc

Vault Wardens are very fun to use and they aint terrible.
You can never have too many Khazad Guard.
And going more heavily into shooting would bring more nuance to the list.
Spamming 27 dwarf warriors with shields is just overkill. It is likely the "correct" move but unnecessary and sucks all the fun out of the game.

I agree that he should remove the twohanded axes and divide those points between more shield dwarves and bows, but keep the Wardens and Khazad Guard.

Seperate the party into separate audio channels if you're playing remotely, then just don't differentiate between the changelings and the real ones

If they are exact statistical copies of the party, make the players run both but don't tell them which is which. You know that team B is the players and Team A is the changelings and drop subtle hints by referencing past events. Encourage the players to identify each other through passphrases and references to old events.
Hard mode: Run it double blind. Select which team is which after the fight by rolling. If the real party dies, your players now control the changelings and are tasked with enacting their plans.

Sometimes at high levels I've seen GMs use an even lower tier than minions, treating the enemies like terrain hazards that also die when you walk over them in exchange for a small penalty.
I myself have used minion swarms to a similar effect, the enemy being both a swarm and minion so it also represents a tide of negligably weak enemies.

I always enjoy the more “down to earth” approaches to space travel, if you will. Ships being driven by ol’ mate Newton for most of their voyage, punching in orbits, doing long burns during which the crew needs to be confined to acceleration couches and so on. That being said, when it comes to things I produce, I like to put things in contrast a bit. The ships may be cold and clinical in design and travelling through a deadly void, but on their inside you find home, comfort, a family in your crew. Where you can, you try to make the ship your home with decorations, furniture and such.
The only thing I keep getting hung up on is that I usually prefer a more Cassette Futurism aesthetic over the usual iFuture, but I always struggle to find a reason why cockpits would be filled with clicking buttons, datasette players, and chunky CRT-displays when the trend already heads toward touchscreen controls and the usual tasteless minimalism, SpaceX reeeee

Hunting probably isn't something she'd sleep through. For spiky things, perhaps she could use the induced docility to more easily kill and eat them normally. Dunno about attracting poisonous ones though. If it's sufficiently fantastical, maybe poison-aligned creatures are resistant to all poisons? So she'd only get sick if she slips up, and the frog wouldn't be entranced unless it's already like 10ft away.

Well, dragons are typically immune to their own element, so if she has a poison breath weapon, she'd probably be immune to poisons
